Servicing and repairing your Tat is really very easy.  Just contact us to see if it is something we can help you with remotely, and if it needs to be fixed by us, send it ‘home’.  You’ll be billed by the time spent to fix any issues not covered by the warranty, if the warranty is still in effect.

Service work is a flat $30 for a straight clean-align-check service; we recommend this if your Tat is not performing well despite good hygiene and regular use.

The service includes a thorough cleaning, check-over, and if needed, any new parts such as needleholders, needles, etc.

 **You will be charged for items damaged by abuse.**

Needle replacements may be made by :

Sending us the dulled needle, firmly set between pieces of rigid cardboard--we can duplicate your needle from the old one.

Coming to the BatTat booth at the ARBA National Convention, where our people will now be able to check your Tat and replace needles on the spot;

Sending us your Tat itself with your order for new/extra needles if your old one(s) are lost or unusable.
