The BatTat has a very simple, and very thorough, warranty.
For three years from your purchase of the BatTat (from us or one of our approved distributors), if something goes wrong with the Tat that isn’t caused by abuse, misuse, or disassembly, we’ll fix or replace it.
All you pay is shipping to send it ‘home’ and back to you.
With the BatTat Warranty comes complete phone and email support for your Tat; while not 24/7, we get pretty close.

- What’s misuse or abuse?
Well, constantly overloading the Tat with ink and letting it dry is one; while the Tat is designed to stand up to plenty, lots of dried and hardened ink is something like mixing cement in your kitchen blender--it might work, but the results are likely to be really ugly from the blender’s point of view, right?
So keep that Tat clean and it will repay you in many years of good clean tattoos!
Aggravated physical abuse--if you run over it with your car or throw it out the window on the freeway--is another issue of abuse, but frankly, it’s quite likely to survive both incidents.
Using unapproved ink can be counted as abuse, depending on what happens when you try it. Some inks are NOT intended to go through the small aperture of the BatTat, or they may combine with cleaning agents to make a substance remarkably similar to glue.
This takes HOURS of work to fix, and is going to cost you to have done. So please, DON’T.
